Public Liability covers you or your company's legal liability in the event of injury, disease or illness to a member of the public but also will extend to loss of or damage to their property.
In a similar way Employers Liability provides cover for the cost of compensation and legal fees if an employee is injured or maybe taken ill at work.
Employers' liability insurance is a compulsory legal requirement that any company with employees should hold. As a business you are responsible for their health and safety.
Products Liability will provide cover if you make a product that is provided to the public which causes injury.
