Office
Over the years as our business has grown so has the need to move to larger premises. In 2002 we could no longer use our previous office and the search was on for a new location. This location needed to be local but it also needed to be easily accessible for our clients that would often come to see us. In 2003 we bought our current location and this will now be the head office for the foreseeable future.
Purley with its direct train links enables us to be in the heart of London within 20 minutes but also gives us access to the M25 in less than 10 minutes. From here we can service and visit clients that are now spread all over the country.
The BK Office has room for over 60 insurance consultants to work from and enough parking for clients to come and visit.
After almost a year of renovating, the office opened in 2004 and soon become a focal point for local businesses and organisations.
In 2007 we changed our back office system and now utilize the very latest insurance industry backed IT system that now enables us to instantly produce premiums and policy documentation for many of the country's leading insurers, all from our own office. For some policies we now have the capability to go from obtaining a quotation to issuing documentation to a client in only a few minutes.
Internally our office is split into four specific insurance groups of excellence. These are Corporate Clients, Small Business, Property Investors and Private Clients.
